As a courtesy, we will verify benefits for all insurance plans. Please call, email, or stop by with your insurance information so that we may verify your benefits to let you know your options.
We also accept HSA & Flex Spending and can provide a superbills for these types of plans to be reimbursed by your insurance, if applicable.

Out of Network
We are not participating with Community plans or Medicaid plans but in an effort to serve the whole community, we do offer financial hardship waiver plans which you can inquire on for more information to see if you qualify.
In addition, if you have an in-network plan that does not provide chiropractic or acupuncture benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement and verify if your plan offers a discount for services that we will honor.
